The following videos are available in Britain, Australia & New Zealand
from Paramount Home Entertainment (2000 and later) and CIC
Video (1999 and earlier). All are PAL color and in stereo. The contents
of most of these videos are the same as from the ones released in the US, though
the amount of stories may differ between these versions and the US version.
In a couple of cases, they're are even differences between the British &
Australian versions.

Also, in Britain, all Rugrats videos are certified "U" (all ages) by the BBFC (British Board of Film Classification). In Australia, the OFLC (Office of Film and Literature Classification) rates all Rugrats videos "G", which is usually accompanied with "For General Exhibition" or "Suitable For All Ages".
DVDs in Britain are Region 2, playable on players throughout most of Europe and the Middle East. DVDs in Australia are Region 4, playable in Australia, New Zealand and Latin America.
